Nemanja Mirković (FOODTECH group), PhD student, completed the training in HPLC and MALD-TOF. The training took place at the Teagasc Food Research Centre, Moorepark, Fermoy, Ireland, from 17th May to 31st May, 2016, under the supervision of Dr.Paul D. Cotter. Aim of the training was to obtain basic knowledge and skills necessary for using HPLC and MALDI-TOF for the purification and characterization of antimicrobial peptides from lactic acid bacteria.
