Professor Radmila Stikić (Project coordinator and PLANTPHYS group leader) and Professor Zorica Jovanović (WP2 leader and member of PLANTPHYS group) visited Technology Transfer Office, Aarhus University, Aarhus, INCUBA Science Park, Aarhus, Agro Business Park, Foulum, Aarhus University and Department of Agroecology, Foulum, Aarhus University, from 22-26 May 2016. The hosts of visit were Kristine Howe Kjer, Business Development Manager (Technology Transfer Office –TTO, Aarhus University) Arne Vesterdal, Director (INCUBA Science Park, Aarhus), Lars Horsholt Jensen, Head of Projects & Innovation (Agro Business Park, Foulum), Dr Finn Plauborg, Department of Agroecology, Foulum, Aarhus University. The aim of the visit to Aarhus University, Aarhus (Technology Transfer Office, INCUBA Science Park, Agro Business Park) was to exchange practical experience in technology transfer between University and SMI and to explore the possibility for collaboration with these business incubators. Prof. Stikić and Prof. Jovanović also visited the Department of Agroecology, Foulum, Aarhus University, where current research and expertise of Plant stress physiology group gained by AREA project was presented and discussion was organised about the new collaborative Horizone 2020 project proposal.
